VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jefferson Elementary students put smiles on the faces of residents at the Sheyenne Care Center in Valley City on Tuesday, September 17th.
Jefferson Principal Troy Miller said the students planted the flowers in the spring and then delivered several of them to residents at the Sheyenne Care Center who enjoyed the warm gesture from the students.
