OAKES, N.D. – Coming off a Northern Cass Tournament Championship, Oakes (8-0)Volleyball continued their winning ways into Tuesday with a 3-0 victory over Milnor/North Sargent at home.

Oakes has won 18 straight sets to begin the year as well.

Last night, Oakes took the opening set 25-13 and gave Milnor/NorthSargent 11 of the 13 Bulldog points in the opening set on errors and miscues. Nicole Schmitz had 5 kills in the opening set and would finish with 13 on the evening.

The match would cruise through the 2nd (25-14) and the 3rd set (25-11) and finish the match in less than an hour.

Sadie Hansen was phenomenal for Oakes as she had 6 aces and four kills to go along with leading the team in assists.

Oakes will look to keep the undefeated streak rolling this Thursday at LaMoure-Litchville/Marion. The match can be heard on KDDR.
