JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man is currently facing two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, a class A felony.

Dalten Perleberg, 19, is currently being held on $5,000 bond in the Stutsman County Correctional Center. He’s been accused of touching and engaging in sexual acts with a person less than 15 years-ol between December 1st, 2017 and February 28th, 2018.

Perleberg was taken into custody September 3rd. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 25th.
