JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Ryder Weischedel was hired on to assist the athletes at the University of Jamestown achieve their peak performance in games.

He says they’re also working on providing the best health education and wellness for all students, faculty, and staff.

Weischedel is the Director of Strength, Conditioning, and Campus Wellness at the University.

Weischedel says it’s no small feat to bring wellness to everyone, but they’re taking it a little at a time.

From there, he says they’re looking to add different classes for students that includes spin classes and zumba. Weischedel pointed out that they will just roll from there.

Ultimately, Weischedel believes this new opportunity for the faculty, students, and staff will see the benefits. If they work for it.
