CLEVELAND, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser reports that as of 7 PM Monday, the man has not been located. He’s been identified as 20 year-old Gage Laper.
The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents in the area of a male subject who is on foot.
“The male is considered to be mentally unstable and it is not known if he is armed,” the Department stated through the county emergency notification system. “Law Enforcement agencies are in the Cleveland and Windsor area searching for the male.”
He was last seen wearing a tie dye shirt, jeans and a black jacket with a floral pattern.
If you come into contact with the male do not approach and call Law Enforcement or 911 right away.
The warning was issued via the Everbridge notification system through the Stutsman County Emergency Services.
