ENDERLIN, N.D. (AP) – Authorities have released the name of a man who died in a two-vehicle crash 3 miles south of Enderlin.

The collision happened about 12:30 p.m. on Friday. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 58-year-old Patrick Harney, of Sheldon, was killed when he failed to yield at rural intersection and his Chevrolet Avalanche was struck by a man driving a Dodge Ram pickup. Harney was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the pickup, 28-year-old Nicholas Wall, of Sheldon, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a Lisbon hospital.
