CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Carrington High School students will start their days five minutes earlier than they have in the past beginning this fall.
Carrington Public School District Superintendent Dr. Brian Duchscherer says the change comes at the request of the students.
Dr. Duchscherer says elementary will begin at 8:30 AM as they always have. He also reports that there will be a few new faces when school starts up.
Also new to the staff is Elizabeth Ihringer, Special Ed. teacher. Dr. Duchscherer says last year there were no new staff.
Enrollment numbers are also up in the district according to the latest numbers.
School begins August 20th in Carrington.
