VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – North Dakota Lt. Governor Brent Sanford will join other dignitaries and city officials during a ribbon cutting celebrating the Permanent Flood Protection Projects  in Valley City on Thursday July 18th.

The ceremony will be held on Main Street by the foot bridge to City Park in Valley City and will start at 3pm.
