VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Volunteer members of the Valley City Image and Beautification Committee placed 17 planters around Valley City.
The committee meets on an ad hoc basis to work on tree and beautification projects and has written numerous grants and planted over 900 trees and shrubs in Valley City over the years.
