N.D.–About 100 Otter Tail Electric customers in the city of Jamestown experienced a power outage this afternoon. An Otter Tail representative said that they lost a regulator and while trying to stabilize voltage, power was inadvertently knocked off to those customers. The outage knocked off power to various stoplights in the downtown area. Power was restored within 20 minutes.
