VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The director of the Sheyenne Valley Area Career and Technology Center Jeff Bopp is retiring after 40 years with the school in Valley City. He will step down on June 30th.
During an interview on our Voice of the Valley Show Bopp talked about some of the changes he and other teachers have seen over the last 40 years.
