JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The GPAC announced on Twitter earlier today that the GPAC Baseball Championship will be moved from Seward, NE to Yankton, SD. Concordia (NE) was set to host as the tournament’s top seed, but with rain in the forecast on Tuesday, the decision was made to move the game.
Instead of a 6pm start, the game will now be played at 1pm at Riverview Field in Yankton.
The Jimmies and Bulldogs will play for the third time this season. The first two games saw each team winning by a run, including one game that went 14 innings.
You can listen to the game on ESPN Jamestown (AM 1400/107.1 FM).
