JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown High runner Meghan Ford has made quick work of most of her opponents this year throughout the state of North Dakota in the longer races on the track. On Friday, she we get the opportunity to race against some of the best from the entire upper Midwest at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in Sioux Falls.

The Jays sophomore will run the 800m race which is scheduled for 7:30pm on Friday night.

Ford’s best run of the 800m came in at 2:14.58 which puts her third among those who are planning to run on Friday.
