TOWER CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The search for a new superintendent in the Maple Valley School District is underway following the announcement that Brian Wolf will resign at the end of the school year in June. He accepted a position as superintendent for the North Border School District.

Wolf has been the superintendent for the past five years. He helped the school district through a school renovation and expansion project during his tenure at Maple Valley.

He previously served as a superintendent in the Glenburn school district. He has also served as a principal and teacher with other school districts in the state during his 30 year career.

The Maple Valley School District Board of Education will hold a special meeting on  Tuesday, April 23rd at 6pm at the school in Tower City to discuss the superintendent selection process.
