VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County Road 22 known as old Highway 10 is closed at Hobart Lake approximately 5 miles west of Valley City due to flooding.
Barnes County officials are asking motorists to take alternate routes until further notice. No detour is provided at that location.
