VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Wednesday Valley City Public Schools announced the hiring of Alex Quist as the new boys head basketball coach for the 2019-2020. The Bismarck Century and Valley City State University grad takes over a Hi-Liner program that finished 2-20 last season.
