BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – Bismarck police say they have recovered an assault rifle believed to have been involved in a weekend highway shooting.
Sgt. Garner Jones said Sunday police are still investigating the shooting along Memorial Highway that happened Friday about 11:30 p.m. Police responded to a report of an altercation involving firearms.
Authorities say several shots were fired, but no one was injured. Police haven’t said who was involved.
