GRAND FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The National Weather Service flood outlook is tame for now.
Warning Coordination Meteorologist Greg Gust said the threat for significant flooding is low across the region.
He said dry conditions have persisted across the far north for the past 2 years. Soil moisture and current snow pack is below normal.
Gust said the spring snow melt flood risk is currently low across much of the Red River, Devils Lake Basin and Sheyenne River Valley.
