VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The city of Valley City believes there will be a new incentive for business owners to improve their property under FEMA’s 50/50 rule.

Commissioner Duane Magnuson is a strong supporter of this FEMA rule. He believes it will have a positive impact on the city.

He said the rule will be a good benefit for commercial property owners in the city.

The Valley City commission unanimously approved of the FEMA 50/50 rule at their regular meeting on November 20th.
