BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – During the fall, it seems like a season opens every weekend in North Dakota.

Game & Fish Wildlife Biologist Doug Leier says one of the main things they are stressing to everyone is to try and stay off of the soft roads to avoid tearing them up.

Leier says hunters are asked to be aware of the soft conditions and park on a hard service or paved road to keep from rutting up roads.

When talking about the hunting seasons, Leier says the colder weather has pushed some of the game in area counties out of the state.
