VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Charles Tuttle is running for the lone North Dakota U.S. House of Representatives seat as on Independent in the November 6th general election.

The Minot man describes himself as a long time Republican and supporter of the party but after the convention, he wasn’t pleased with the selection of Kelly Armstrong as the endorsed GOP candidate.

Tuttle talked about his political philosophy with reporter Steve Urness during his visit to Valley City on September 27th.

A strong Donald Trump supporter, Charles Tuttle of Minot is running for the lone U.S. House of Representatives seat in North Dakota.

Tuttle is facing GOP endorsed candidate Republican Kelly Armstrong and Democrat Mac Schneider in the November 6th general election.

Tuttle is also one of the sponsoring members of the committee to support Measure Two on the November 6th ballot. The measure asks voters to support being a U.S. Citizen to vote in future elections.
