(NewsDakota.com)- The month of April has been very kind to the Jimmie softball team, they are 13-5 thus far after a weekend series with Dickinson St. Not only did the Jimmies take three of four from the Bluehawks, they clinched the DAC regular season title.
Jamestown College swept the double header on Saturday taking the games 10-2 and 8-4.
They dropped the first game on Sunday 3-1, before rallying back to take the second game 4-2.
The Jimmies still have four games left in April before the DAC Tournament. They will meet Mayville on Tuesday at 3:00 in Jamestown. On Thursday, they will travel down to Sioux City, IA to take on Briar Cliff.
Jamestown is 24-17 (8-4) on the season.
