KULM, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Sarah Gackle says Picklepalooza has been in the making since Spring.
Picklepalooza is a first time event and fundraiser being held in the community of Kulm on September 29th. Gackle says the festival will feature all things pickled including pickled treats and events. She says the idea stemmed from the Kulm area farmers market.
Gackle says the farmers market will host the event along with other organizations. She says with the continued interest in the event, there’s been need to get others involved. She says they intend to make the event a fundraiser for Kulm recreational projects.
Gackle says they’ll have a pickleball tournament, homemade pickle contest, potluck, pickle Prince & Princess and all sorts of different pickle-themed foods and items for sale.
Picklepalooza will be held at the Kulm City Park from 2PM to 6PM. For more information on the event, click here.
