JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A new business park in Jamestown will break ground Thursday afternoon at 2 PM.
Plans for the Jamestown Airport Industrial Park were solidified earlier this year by Interstate Engineering. The planned park will be west of the Jamestown Regional Airport and adjacent to North Dakota Highway 20.
“The Airport Business Park has lots ranging in size from 8.5 to 46 acres,” the Jamestown Stutsman Development Corporation states. “These lots have access to 34th St SE, and Highway 20. They are minutes from downtown and have easy accessibility to Interstate 94. Incentives for development [are also] available.”
A groundbreaking has been scheduled for 2 PM Thursday, July 26th on Highway 20 adjacent to 17th Street NE.
The public is encouraged to attend.
