JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The woman of the dead 4 month-old child has been charged with manslaughter and child neglect.

According to court documents, 25 year-old Justice Lange will make an initial court appearance Thursday morning in Stutsman County. Lange had been missing for four days and told authorities she couldn’t remember them or where she had last seen her son.

On Friday last week, Lange was found on a road near Woodworth by a farmer. She was taken to a hospital in Fargo while authorities searched for her baby. The baby’s body was found Saturday afternoon near a slough in rural Stutsman County.

Lange is currently in the Stutsman County Correctional Center on parole violation.
