FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- The ND Elite Fastpitch Softball team, which features players from Bismarck, Casselton, Fargo and Valley City, finished second this past weekend  in the Fargo-Moorhead Red River Rage 18 and Under Fastpitch Tournament.
