Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser reports that the 4 month-old baby has been found passed away.
Kaiser is unsure of when the baby passed, but he says an autopsy will be conducted to find out how long the baby has been dead. He says the extra information in their investigation helped them find the baby.
Sheriff Kaiser says family has been notified. As far as updates on mother Justice Lange, he believes she currently remains in the Fargo Hospital. There has been no charges at this time and his department will need some time to investigate before issuing any.
