(NewsDakota.com) – Three men have been sentenced on Class C Felony charges in Stutsman County District Court.

42-year-old John Mathew Morehouse of Jamestown pleaded guilty to charges of Aggravated Assault and Interference With Telephone During Emergency Call during an incident in October, 2011. Both are Class C felonies. On Tuesday he was sentenced to 120 days at the Stutsman County Correctional Center, two years supervised probation and $550 in fees.

18-year-old Shane Robert Netterville of Jamestown pleaded guilty to charges of Criminal Trespass, Breaking Into A Vehicle, and Theft of Property during an incident in January, 2012. All are Class C felonies. He was sentenced April 5 to 30 days at the Stutsman County Correctional Center, two years supervised probation and $900 in fees.

Troy Grabowska of Leola, S.D, pleaded guilty to a Class C Felony charge of Issuing Check Or Draft Without Sufficient Funds Or Credit in November, 2011. On Monday he was sentenced to five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $3,250 in fees and restitution. He was also sentenced to six months in jail, but all six months were suspended.

Judge Thomas E. Merrick presided over all three cases.
