JAMESTOWN, N.D.  (NewsDakota.com)  Sophomore and starting pitcher Dante Gunville works a complete game, one-hit shutout over the Falcons of Enderlin/Maple Valley on Friday afternoon, as the Lakers of Des Lacs/Burlington win 5-0.  DLB improves to 15-7, EMV drops to 16-7.

The only hit for the Falcons was a single coming in the bottom of the fourth inning off the bat of Nathan Amerman. Gunville improves to 6-1 on the season, he had eight strikeouts and two walks and two hit batters. Taking the loss on the mound for the Falcons was Junior Chance Bye, working six innings, five runs, eight hits, two strikeouts and three walks. Amerman came in to work the seventh inning. At the plate for the Lakers, Senior Arron Grandy was 3-for-4 with three singles, Sophomore Will Pearson was 2-for-4 with a double and a single.
