N.D. — The area dodged a bullet Tuesday, as the predicted severe weather outbreak fell into southern North Dakota and northern South Dakota.
Strong winds & heavy rain were a major problem in Dickey County. Several tree limbs, three to six inches in diameter, were reported blocking roads in Ludden. A co-op observer 1 mile east, southeast of Fullerton reported 2.70 inches of rain fell in 35 minutes.
Jamestown received .10 of an inch of precip as two thunder showers moved through the area in the afternoon hours. No severe weather is predicted for Wednesday as highs will be in the low 80‘s under sunny skies.
