PERHAM, MN (NewsDakota.com) – Authorities are investigating a double homicide in Ottertail County Minnesota reported about 5:30am Tuesday, April 17th.

Chief Deputy Barry Fitzgibbons said 21 year-old William Lynn Hillman of Pine River, Minnesota was arrested without incident and now faces two counts of 2nd Degree Homicide.

Bob Jay lives across the road from where the incident occurred. He said the man calmly knocked on his door and told him he had done something bad and to call 911.

The double homicide was reported about six miles south of Perham, Minnesota. The names of the victims will be released later during this ongoing investigation. Below is the full interview with Bob Jay.
