VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Valley City will have three city commission seats on the ballot during the June 12th election.

Dave Carlsrud is running unopposed for mayor. He’ll seek a four year term. He was elected two year ago in a special election to fill out the remaining term of former mayor Bob Werkhoven who resigned.

Corey Neseth and Jeffery Erickson and incumbent Duane “Dewey” Magnuson will be seeking two positions open in the city commission race. Matt Pedersen will not seek another term.

In the Valley City Park Board race incumbents Michael Lentz, William “Buff” Murray and Susan Kringlie will seek another term. And Jenni Lou Russi is running for one of three positions in the June 12th election.
