BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Playing their final road games of the regular season, the Jamestown High basketball team went to the Capital City and lost both contests. The Jays have home games Saturday against Dickinson and Tuesday against Mandan before the West Region Tournament beings on March 1st.

GBB: #1 Century 65, Blue Jays 46.

The Patriots improved to 19-0 were on cruise control most of the evening. Katelyn Selensky got the scoring started for Century by scoring all 10 of her points in the first nine minutes including a pair of triples to start the game.

Courtney Peterson kept the Jays around in the game with 17 points, 15 after halftime.

BBB: #2 Century 69, Blue Jays 50. 

Century jumped out to a 33-6 lead before the Jays started their comeback. They got as close as 10 in the second half, with the ball, but a poor pass lead to a turnover and Century scored 11 straight to put the game away.

Boden Skunberg and Mason Walters each lead the Jays with 17.
