N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A motorist from Jamestown was injured in a rollover near Fessenden on Saturday, December 23rd.

Highway Patrol Sgt. Robert Kennedy said 46 year-old Michael Brown was traveling west in a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer on ND Highway 15 when he lost control of his vehicle, entered the north ditch and rolled.

The vehicle came to rest in the north ditch on its top. Brown was pinned in the vehicle upside down until rescue workers were able to remove him without incident. Brown is being treated for non life threatening injuries.

The Highway Patrol said Brown was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
