CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Hosting their 2nd event of the season, The Hi-Liner gymnastics team finished 3rd. Valley City scored 137.300. Dickinson took 1st with their score of 147.900 and Bismarck High was 2nd. The Demons’ team total was 142.550. Minot came in 4th, Legacy 5th and Century 6th.

Individually for Valley City Karina Olson compiled an all around score of 34.925. Her best event was the beam, she was 3rd overall with a score of 9.025. Olivia Olson scored 33.825 in the all around, she was 5th in the beam with 8.975.

Abbey Thornton was 11th in the beam with her score of 8.400, her combined score in the all around was 33.700. Britta Roehrich was 7th in the floor exercise scoring 9.325, in the all around she had 32.475.

Jocey Kriewald took part is 3 events with her best finish in the bars. She was 3rd scoring 8.750.

The Hi-Liners will be home for their next event on Saturday January 6th.
