VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) -The North Dakota Winter show is hosting the 18th Annual North Star Classic this weekend in Valley City.
On Saturday, December 2nd it’s the Pen Shows and Sale Day. Starting at 8 am, there will be the Judging Clinic hosted by NDSU that will end at 10 am. From 9:30am to noon Pen Shows will be held in the Frontier Arena followed by the Supreme Pen of three selections. At noon the “Fairest of Them All” show, located in the Main Arena. The Angus Sale will begin at 1:30 pm, with the Hereford Sale to follow starting at 3pm and the Club Calf Sale beings at 4:30 all in the Frontier arena.
Then on Saturday night, is the North Star Classic Dinner Show at 6:30pm which is held inside the Eagles Club. Williams & Ree, AKA “The Indian & The White Guy” will be the entertainment.
On Sunday, December 3rd the Junior Shows begins at 8am in the main arena at the North Dakota Winter Show Event Center. The public is welcome to attend any or all of the events free in the North Dakota Winter Show Event Center, commercial exhibitors will be on hand for the public as well.
