FARGO, N.D. (AP) – A South Dakota man who pleaded guilty to stealing an ATM in North Dakota in 2008 has been arrested for numerous probation violations. Jerry Hillberg Jr. was sentenced in 2010 to four years’ probation after pleading guilty to bank robbery. Hillberg was arrested last week in Sioux City, Iowa.

North Dakota is one of 26 states that are challenging the federal health care law. Stenehjem says it’s one of the most significant cases the Supreme Court has ever handled.
MEDORA, N.D. (AP) – Theodore Roosevelt National Park has a new administration chief. Superintendent Valerie Naylor says Margaret Schwartz has been promoted to the position. Schwartz will coordinate business services ranging from contracting to human resources.
