JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Stutsman Development Corporation CEO Connie Ova has wrapped up her service as president of the Economic Development Association of North Dakota (EDND).

During the Fall Conference in Willison on October 18th-20th, a new board was elected. Ellen Huber, Business Development Director of Mandan, will serve as the next president.

“I’ve been on the board for 10 years; only 2 as president,” Ova reports. “I [now] have a 2 year term as Past President to serve.”

The new board includes: Melissa Beach, Member at Large; Mark Vaux, Secretary/Treasurer; Matt Marshall. Member at Large; Shawn Wenko, Vice President; Teran Doerr, Member at Large; Connie Ova, Past President; and Ellen Huber, President.

The EDND’s mission is to promote the creation of new wealth throughout North Dakota to develop more vibrant communities and improve quality of life.
