JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Class A girls golf tournament kicked off at King’s Walk in Grand Forks on Monday. The Jamestown team is in seventh place after the first day with a 361, which is 49 shots back of Grand Forks Red River who is in the driver seat.
Mara LeFevre leads the Jays in 19th place with a first round 85 and Kate Mullowney is just a shot back in 22nd.
Red River is the only EDC team that is ahead of the Jays, the other five are all the WDA teams that finished ahead of them last week.
