VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On Sunday, October 8 and running through Tuesday, October 10, a group of Valley City churches will work together to present Heaven’s Gates & Hell’s Flames, a dramatic theater production portraying decisions and their eternal consequences. The event will be held each evening at 7:00 pm in the gymnasium of the former City Auditorium at 320 Central Ave South in Valley City.

Over the course of thirty years, Heaven’s Gates & Hell’s Flames has been presented in over one hundred countries and in twenty thousand locations. Using elaborate lighting, sound, costumes and backdrops, the drama is a high-impact presentation of the reality of Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection, heaven, hell and a person’s choice in life of determining where they will spend eternity.

Event coordinator Brandon Culver talked about the theater production with reporter Steve Urness.

Partners in this effort include New Life Assembly of God, First Church of the Nazarene and ELIM Evangelical Free church in Valley City and the Dazey Assembly of God church.

This is a free event for all with free childcare being provided on location by Just Kidding Childcare Center.
