VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- It’s a big week for the 1st place Valley City High School volleyball team. They will face 7-2 Fargo North in a 2 point EDC match Tuesday night and then meet with 8-1 West Fargo Thursday.

Valley City has won 3 matches in a row ending with a 5 set win Thursday at home against Devils Lake. The Hi-Liner took the opening set and then fell behind 2-1 when they rallied back for the victory.

In their 9 conference matches they have played in 3 5 set matches with 2 being come from behind wins. Coach Jill Taylor stresses sticking to their system during tough stretches
