N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Movie lovers in the area will join over 100,000 movie enthusiasts from around the world during the 20th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival, hosted by the Arts Center.

The Arts Center will show 10 finalists in the show on September 29th & 30th at 7 PM both nights.

“It’s not a touring festival; rather, it’s an instantaneous celebration that occurs simultaneously across the globe, bringing great films to great venues like the Arts Center, and allowing the audience to select their favorites,” a release states.

The Arts Center joins locations such as Sydney, Mumbai, Moscow, Vienna, Cape Town and other cinemas around the world to bring in the festival. The films come from 9 different countries including Syria, Latvia, Georgia, and Spain.

Viewers will then be the judge, selecting their favorite film and best actor or actress. For more on the movies including trailers and interviews with directors, visit www.jamestownarts.com.
