CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – What should Valley City look like in the future?
A public input meeting is set for Thursday night to discuss the city’s growth and development through the year 2045.
Valley City Administrator David Schelkoph said the comprehensive and transportation plan will serve as a guide for the city.
Representatives from the City of Valley City, North Dakota DOT and Stantec will be on hand to talk about the project and answer questions.
Schelkoph said for those unable to attend the meeting, written statements or comments must be mailed by October 6, 2017 to David Schelkoph; City Administrator; 254 2nd Ave NE, or PO Box 390, Valley City, ND 58072. He said another option is available online.
The public input meeting will be held Thursday from 5:30pm to 8 pm in the Valley City Eagles Club. The public is encouraged to attend.
Schelkoph said the city of Valley City will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide and accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities and language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency.
