BISMARCK (AP) For the second week in a row, the Cavalier High School football team has the top spot in the Class 9-Man poll, and the defending state champions from Ellendale-Edgeley/Kulm are number one in the first Class A poll of the season; as voted on by members of the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportwriters Association.

First place votes are in parenthesis, followed by the team’s record, and the number of total points received.
