FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Local Red Cross volunteers have deployed to Texas. Paul and Barb Henke of Valley City and Allen and Carol Becker of Minot, drove Red Cross emergency response vehicles to Texas over the weekend to assist residents there with the impact of Hurricane Harvey.
The Henkes picked up the emergency response vehicle the Red Cross office in Fargo last week before traveling to Texas.
