CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The teams that eliminated the Valley City State University Vikings and Jamestown College Jimmies from the NAIA Division II Womens National Tournament have both advanced to the “Fab Four”.

College of the Ozarks, MO defeated Eastern Oregon 74-55 Saturday in the quarterfinals of the tournament.  Eastern Oregon had upset #11 Ave Maria, FL and #6 Concordia, MI, before dropping the 19-point decision to the Bobcats, ranked #3 in the last national poll.  The Vikings lost by just six points, 57-51, to Ozarks in the opening round Thursday.

Northwestern, IA upset the top-ranked team in the nation, Indiana Wesleyan, 57-52 to advance to the semi-finals.  They defeated the Jimmies 80-58 in the second round on Friday.

Ozarks meets second-ranked Concordia, NE tonight at 8:00 p.m. in the second semi-final game.  Northwestern meets #12 Briar Cliff, IA in the first game tonight.  Northwestern is trying for their third-straight national title.
