(NewsDakota.com) Four players from Class B Region I have been named to the 2017 North Dakota Class B Baseball All-State teams, announced Tuesday and voted on by the classification’s coaches.

The regional regular season and post-season champions from Kindred-Richland are represented by seniors Ethan Lingen and Brandon Roesler on the first time along with Northern Cass’ senior Nick Nelson. Central Cass senior Andrew Jahnke was selected to the second team.

Two members from the Region III Champions from Carrington High also were named to the first team; senior Braxton Hewitt and junior Jayden Shipman.

In total, 19 players were named to the first team squad, and 14 were placed on the second team.
