N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- The inaugural Scheels Softball All Star Series moved to Mickelson Park Tuesday night for the final game. The East scored 7 runs in the 3rd and 4th innings to earn the swept 15-9. EDC senior softball player of the year Fargo North’s  Sami Trana pitched the first 4 innings to earn the win. Valley City’s Jayda Haugen came in to hit in the 5th and drew a walk before being left stranded at 2nd. Haugen had a hit in four plate appearances over the 2 game series.
