N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Staff shortage is forcing the Stutsman County Library to close it’s doors for one day on Tuesday, June 6th.

Because of staffing reasons, the library will need to be closed one day on June 6th. Library System Director Joe Rector reports that the bookmobile will still go out as scheduled and the Alfred Dickey Public Library will remain open from 10 AM to 8 PM.

“The Stutsman County Library is currently accepting applications for a full-time library assistant, full-time bookmobile driver and a part-time library assistant,” Rector stated.

Due to an unusual circumstance with several staff members being gone, the library will only close on Tuesday. Rector states he doesn’t anticipate any other library closings in the future.
