N.D. (AP) – One of the Republican presidential
candidates will visit North Dakota as the state holds its GOP
caucuses tomorrow. Texas Congressman Ron Paul will speak at the
caucuses in Fargo tomorrow evening. Paul made campaign stops in
Williston, Dickinson, Bismarck and Jamestown two weeks ago.
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) – North Dakota’s longest-running
agricultural show gets under way tomorrow in Valley City. The North
Dakota Winter Show is marking its 75th year. The event features
agriculture shows and exhibits, a rodeo and musical entertainment.
It runs through Sunday.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – Time is running out for winter anglers to
remove their permanent fish houses from waters in North Dakota. The
Game and Fish Department says fish houses can still be used after
March 15th but they must be removed daily.
MINOT, N.D. (AP) – The Snowbirds will perform at this summer’s
air show in Minot. The precision flying team from Canada gave an
impromptu show over Minot last fall and have decided to return for
the July 4th air show at the Minot International Airport.
